 ROMEO AND JULIET

Sunday 5th September,  enjoy a wonderful outdoor show of  probably the best known of Shakespeare's plays Romeo and Juliet, with Three Inch Fools' usual live music bonus extras.  


Five actors, with all manner of musical instruments, present an inventive take on Shakespeare’s most famous story, Romeo & Juliet.

This summer, The Three Inch Fools will bring their brand new production of Romeo & Juliet into the great outdoors at Broomfield Park. Prepare for a carnival of passion and imagination, as The Fools present the world’s best-known love story in Broomfield Bowl.

Three Inch Fools return to Broomfield Bowl with their quick costume and character changes,  plenty of humour, singing  beautifully harmonious songs and playing all manner of modern and traditional instruments. The result is a truly innovative performance that sparks and sobers in all the right places. The comedy was hilariously cheap and camp, the tragic pathos touching and emotional. Diction is crisp and delivery from all is beautifully rhythmic.
