The Wetlands Begin to Take Shape

Volunteers made an impressive start onplanting up the new Wetlands at an event coordinated by Thames 21 on the 21st May.

There was a fantastic turn out with volunteers from the Pymmes Brookers, the Coca Cola Foundation, FoBP, local residents and Councillors Daniel Anderson and Lindsay Rawlings.

Over 100 pre-planted mats were positioned in the water.

There will be other opportunities to help with more planting, including a weekend event.
